Package installation does not download or launch a runtime. Explicitly call installRuntime / install_runtime with version 0.8.4-59 and manifest URL https://delta.jan.ai/adk-nightly/e0c62f863a1b930ed625085979a3d62c947635d9-36848719683.1/runtime.json. Pass the returned bin to JanRuntime.start. An existing compatible binary can also be passed explicitly.
